Motor insurance: Why this silence?I REFER to the letter \"Don\'t keep proposed changes secret\" (NST, Feb 18). I did not know there was a proposal for a new insurance and takaful scheme for motorists. I have no doubt the present scheme can be improved, but this must surely be done after due discussions and consultations....
